If you purchase e-tickets from our online store, a “contract” will be concluded between us.
This contract is called in legal language “distance contract”, since this contract is concluded between us without our simultaneously physical presence for the conclusion of the contract, but, rather, by exclusively using the internet as a means of communication.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

SERVICES PROVISION
After the payment has been completed and the booking has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email stating the unique booking code, the number of people, the date and time of entrance. From this point on, the relevant ticket purchase agreement is concluded.
In case of any problem in the completion of the transaction, a relevant e-mail will be sent to you.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for tickets through the following payment methods:
Credit or debit card payment
if you are the beneficiary of a reduced or free ticket, you must present the necessary supporting documents.
GENERAL INFORMATION
a) The purchase of the ticket entitles the holder to enter the Museum, as indicated on the ticket, subject to the acceptance of the Operating Regulation of the premises, which the “User” must carefully consult and that is posted on website www.nationalgallery.gr.
b) The ticket is valid for the day and time indicated on it.
c) Entering the premises implies the unconditional acceptance of the Operating Regulations and instructions of the Museum staff. In case of non-compliance, the staff is entitled to prohibit/interrupt the stay of guests in the venue.
d) Upon completion of the transaction, no refund or changing tickets is possible. Also, tickets that have been lost, stolen or damaged are not covered.
e) If for reasons of force majeure, including the cases of suspension of operation of the Museum following a state order in the context of taking measures to limit the spread of COVID-19, a visit to the Museum cannot be made due to its non-operation, then the User will be refunded the price paid for the ticket. For this reason, please send an email to tickets@nationalgallery.gr stating booking number ………………, date of booking ………………. and date of visit ………. In the event that the reasons for force majeure are established, then the ticket price will be refunded in the same way as it was paid when booking. In case of entrance to the Museum, in any way and for any reason, by a person other than the one who has booked the ticket, the Museum has no obligation to ensure the entrance to the real beneficiary of the booking. The same applies in case for any reason the person who booked the ticket did not finally manage to visit the Museum.
