The Website has been created by National Gallery Alexandros Soutsos Museum (the “Museum”).

In the context of using the Website, AOM processes your data in accordance with the following purposes and legal bases:

In case you purchase tickets online, AOM processes the above personal data as absolutely necessary for issuing your tickets and sending them to your e-mail.
- Obligation by law
The processing of your personal data following the online purchase of tickets, includes our compliance with our tax obligations arising from this sale.
We are also required under personal data protection legislation, to process any relevant request of yours.

The Museum has taken all necessary measures so that its staff and associates have been specifically authorized for these purposes and be fully bound by the professional secrecy and the obligations provided in the legislation regarding the collection and further processing of your above-mentioned data.
How does the Museum protect your data?
Our Museum has taken all appropriate organizational and technical measures, in accordance with technological standards and applicable laws and regulations, in order to ensure that the processing of your personal data, either by itself or by third parties on its behalf, is lawful, appropriate and has the appropriate level of security to prevent any unauthorized or accidental access, processing, deletion, alteration or other use thereof.
How long will your data be kept?
The personal data processed by the Museum are kept for the entire period that is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose of each processing. Upon its expiration, the data will be deleted, unless otherwise provided by law or if this is required for the establishment, exercise or support of legal claims of the Museum.
Specifically, your data collected by subscribing to our newsletter is kept until you withdraw your consent, while the data collected during the online ticket purchase are kept for a period of 5 years from the purchase.
What are your rights?
In any case, we would like to inform you that, according to the current legislation, you have and can exercise after confirming your identity, the following rights:
the right to access to your personal data, as well as information related to the processing,
the right to correct inaccuracies and to supplement any incomplete data,
the right of deletion (“right to be forgotten”),

For each of the above rights you exercise by submitting your written request to our Museum, the Museum will respond within one (1) month from the receipt of your request. This deadline may be extended for an additional two (2) months taking into account the complexity of your request, as well as the number of requests received in general.
